The past month has continued to be record-breaking for us here at Pattinson Auction, in part due to the current high demand for property. We have witnessed some excellent sale prices being achieved at auction, varying from lower price scales right up to the multi-million-pound properties, and everything in between! It’s clear that people are becoming increasingly aware of the enormous benefits of selling through auction, mainly for the speed and security of sale that it offers, irrespective of the property type.
