- 1977 – Where It All BeganKeith Pattinson opened the first office in Blyth, Northumberland, focused on offering honest, approachable property advice.
- 1980s – Expansion Across the RegionNew branches opened in Ashington, Bedlington, and Cramlington, followed by Morpeth, expanding our reach across Northumberland.
- 1990s – The Brand Grows StrongerWe opened our flagship office in Newcastle City Centre and introduced new departments including lettings, auctions, and commercial property
- 2000s – Innovation and InvestmentWe embraced digital platforms, built a dedicated contact centre, and launched online tools to better serve buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- 2010s – National Auction NetworkPattinson Auction grew into a national partner network, helping agents across the UK sell properties quickly and securely via auction.
