(I am not sure whether I should name her on an open forum.) She went the extra mile to ensure prompt responses to problems as they arose in a very courteous and friendly manner, and most importantly, she kept up a high level of communication (even if it was bad news) which makes such difference in property transactions. If only all estate agents were represented so well!
