⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had Pattinson’s out to value my mums house and they were the most professional and informative estate agents that came out. James was familiar with the area and gave a realistic asking price and I sold for over the asking price too! I had to call into the office as I was unsure of the documents I needed to sign for the solicitors and Hayley and Vicki took care of that for me and kindly sent them over to my solicitor. I would use Pattinsons again and would definitely recommend
