Emergencies: What to Do

If you have an urgent maintenance issue, such as a gas leak, electrical fault, or serious water leak, please take the following steps immediately:

  • Gas Leak

    Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
  • Electrical Fault

    If there is an immediate danger, switch off the power at the mains and seek professional help.
  • Water Leak

    Turn off the water supply at the stopcock to prevent further damage.
  • No Heating or Hot Water

    Check your boiler’s pressure and thermostat before reporting an issue.

If the problem is an emergency and it is outside of office hours, report it via our out of hours number 0845 1461 674 and the necessary action will be taken.
