Changing flooring or carpets
Installing a satellite dish or broadband cables
Adding security features (e.g., doorbell cameras, locks)
Any structural modifications or alterations
How to Submit a Request

No, all alterations require written approval. Making unauthorised changes may result in additional costs at the end of your tenancy.
If your request is not approved, we will provide a reason. You may be able to suggest an alternative or discuss options with your landlord.
In most cases, yes. Approved changes may require restoration at the end of your tenancy, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. I.e. return the property to the condition it was provided at the start of the tenancy.
