Our property auction company Pattinson Auction, won Gold for Best in Sector at the ESTAS Awards last week.
The ESTAS recognise supplier firms who have delivered the best customer experience to their respective agencies in the last 12 months. The Awards, which are sponsored by Angels Media every year, started in 2010 making them the longest running supplier awards in the property industry. The supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition providing a kitemark of excellence which is instantly recognisable by property firms and highlights a supplier’s commitment to quality service.
A record 33 supplier firms made this year’s shortlist across various product sectors, and we are absolutely thrilled that Pattinson Auction won Auction Supplier of the Year!
The winner was announced by ESTAS Brand Ambassador Phil Spencer at the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards last week!
It means a great deal to us to be recognised in this year’s ESTAS because we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance, and we take our levels of customer service very seriously. We have always been very proud of the Pattinson Auction personal service, and this proves we are delivering what we promise. Our whole team is to be congratulated for this accolade as they have all worked so hard, and are proud of our partner agent relationships. We always say that the best relationships are two way relationships, and this award has confirmed that we have put this into practice beautifully!
