Virtual Valuation at Your Fingertips
If you are looking to start the process of putting your house on the market, then a valuation is a necessary initial step.
So we are happy to announce that we are expanding the support we can give to our customers and are now able to carry out Virtual Valuations. As a result, you can receive an accurate valuation of your property while keeping both our workforce and you safe, all from the comfort of your own home.
How does it work?
Step 1...
Record your property - take at least one photo of each room in your property - a couple of the front, back and of the garden (if you have one).
Also, record a video walkthrough of your property. Please refer to our helpful guide on how to create a Video Tour. Save all the files to your preferred device and your Valuer will ask you to send them to us via WeTransfer.com
Step 2...
Book your preferred time slot and fill in our quick questionnaire -
so we can gather as much information about your property before the Valuer's call.
Step 3...
Your Valuer will set up a video call with you on the day of the appointment. They can then view your property in more detail and discuss which sales package would be best for you.
Step 4...
Your Valuer will send you a marketing report via email.
Step 5...
Once you have decided which package suits your needs best; your Valuer will send you a digital contract to sign. As soon as we have the contract back, we will start marketing your property!
