January is a long month but it also seems to have flown! I’m pleased to say that 2024 has started with a BANG!!! We had a record breaking month for auction sales! 

Sales instructed across our branch network are up 50% compared to last year and 2022! In fact it was our busiest month for sales in over 18 months! 

New properties coming onto the market are up, but not as much as sales so shortage of stock is helping to keep the market buoyant and it’s showing no signs of slowing down in February.

Rentals are pretty much static, there is still a high demand from tenants but frustratingly there are not enough new rental properties coming onto the market!
