2017 is off to a flying start with an increase of 25% in properties sale agreed and an increase of 15% of new tenants moving into rental properties!  We urgently require more sale and rental properties as we register on average 4,500 new customers every 30 days across our 28 offices in the North East.

Last year we opened our newest office in Alnwick with a great success, they have found that there is a high demand for sale properties in North Northumberland, in particular, the coast with properties in Beadnell, Warkworth and Seahouses selling quickly. 

This year will be our 40th Anniversary and we are continuing to grow and change our business model, whilst we have no plans to open new offices outside of the North East, we are selling properties in an ever wider geographical area through our partner agents, we now sell properties in the Midlands, Yorkshire, the North West, Scotland, London and the South East!
