Pattinson Estate Agency Welcomes New Customers with its Third Aquisition in 6 Months as it Takesover NS Bennett Estate Agency in Stanley

We are pleased to announce the takeover of NS Bennett Estate Agents (a well-established and respected estate agency in Stanley) just months after our takeover of Ryedales Estate Agency in Cramlington, and Browns in Stockton and Norton, totalling our Pattinson branches to 28.

Our Group Managing Director, Justin Beckwith, is enthusiastic and optimistic about the company’s third acquisition in just 6 months, ‘This is another great addition for us as a company as a whole, as well as for our sales, lettings and commercial departments! We have 27 branches spanning across the North East, and this 28th Pattinson branch gives us a presence in Stanley central. I would like to welcome the team from NS Bennetts, and founder and owner Stephen Bennett is assisting with the transition before enjoying his retirement.’

Similarly to Pattinson, NS Bennett and Associates is a local family company which has achieved over 5 decades of success in the property industry, with their area of business being Stanley, Consett, Durham and Chester-Le Street. The staff boast a combined experience and knowledge of over 100 years in local estate agency experience.

Owner, Stephen Bennet has addressed, and more importantly, reassured all NS Bennett customers; ‘After several years in this business, I am now looking to retire. I would like to reassure all our existing customers, whether sellers and/or landlords, that they will continue to receive a high level of service without inconvenience or disruption. For clients, I anticipate that there will be very little change as the existing teams will continue to look after you under the Pattinson brand. Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers past and present who have shown us their continued support in our business over the decades.’
