Pattinson Estate Agency Acquires New Offices Due to Continuous Expansion

As the  North East’s leading estate agency, we are thrilled to announce that due to considerable expansion and growth, we have acquired another office building next to our large Head Office at the Silverlink business park, in North Tyneside. 

This purchase comes within the same year as our acquisition of three North East estate agencies, bringing our branch total to 30 Pattinson offices spanning across the region. 

Our new office building will accommodate the additional staff we have recruited following the growth of the company, including our thriving national auction facility, Pattinson Auction. As a company. we have seen an uptick in auction transactions after appointing additional partner agents around the UK. 

Launched in 1977, the Pattinson Group has grown to employ over 400 people working across Residential and Commercial property Sales and Lettings, Auction, Conveyancing, Property Management, Financial Services, IT/Tech and Law.

Our Group Managing Director, Justin Beckwith, is upbeat about the purchase, ‘We have had a record-breaking year so far and are continuing that upward trajectory due to the current high demand for property other related services. People are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits of selling through auction and we now have a network of over 3,700 partner estate agents throughout the UK. This additional office will allow us to support this growth of not only our auction facility, but of the whole estate agency and property business, and will also give us space to expand further.’
