Demand continues to increase for rental properties with an increase in new applications, year on year. If you are looking to let a property out, we would be delighted to hear from you!

In the ever-changing landscape of the rental market, one of the main bits of advice for landlords at present is to instruct your EICR (electrical fixed wiring test) as soon as possible, if you are looking to let out a property or renew an existing tenancy. Many electricians are swamped with landlords requesting these mandatory reports, which is slowing down the turnaround time. Further delays can be expected if remedial work is required. So the advice is to instruct these reports as soon as possible!

Lastly, we are delighted that Eloise Wallace has joined our rental administration team. Eloise has settled in well during her short time with us, having previously worked for a solicitor as a Legal Assistant. Welcome aboard!
