Lettings & Property Managaement Update
Blink, and it has all changed again.
Many of our colleagues are returning to work from furlough leave. They are delighted to be coming back to some sense of normality - some working from branches and some from home.
The Government has advised that house moves can proceed again, albeit with the necessary safeguards in place.
Naturally, there is pent up demand from when people were unable to move during the lockdown. And as a result, we are now seeing that transition into high numbers of rental applications and move-ins.
The message from us is that we are here, we are happy to help, but peoples health must come first. We will do everything that we can to protect staff, clients and the public while facilitating move-ins. We have streamlined a lot of our processes to make them electronic, thus removing any unnecessary trips into offices. Not to mention a host of new ways to market and advertise properties!
If you have a rental property that is vacant anywhere in the North East, please contact your local branch so we can help find you a tenant.
Stay Safe!
