Landlords and Tenants Update

Following the latest Government advice we will be stopping all property visits from 18/3/2020.

Planned maintenance work will go ahead (taking sensible precautions) as normal unless we need to delay according to the guidelines at the time. We will not visit any property where tenants are ill or self isolating. 

If the Government do ask everyone to self isolate, we will continue to work from home and you will be able to contact us via the normal channels.
