2024 was a year which saw continued confidence in the property market. We were selling properties right up to New Years Eve and are delighted to say 2025 has started with a bang as well.
In December we saw an increase in sales listings, whilst the demand for rental properties is still strong, we saw a drop in the number of new rental properties which have come on to the market and rents therefore continue to increase as demand is outstripping supply.
We once again supported Cash for Kids - Mission Christmas, and it was overwhelming to see how generous our staff, our customers and people in our local communities were in donating gifts for children to our 30 branches across the region.
Over 40,000 children received gifts via Mission Christmas, and when we delivered them to the warehouse mid December, we saw the sheer scale of the whole operation, and it was impressive and humbling to say the least!
All of us here at Pattinson would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who dropped gifts into our offices or made donations online.

We have seen an increase in the number of people speaking to our independent mortgage advisers who are able to compare rates offered by a large range of different lenders.
