I am delighted that we have received recognition at the prestigious national Negotiator Awards in London. Pattinson's won gold for 'Property Management Department of the Year' which is testament to the hard work and dedication of the amazing team we have in place, and I thank them for their efforts. 

One of the main components of Property Management is ensuring that we stay on top of the mountain of compliance and legislation when it comes to renting a property. Our system and processes are updated multiple times a year so that our landlords can rest easy knowing that everything will be dealt with behind the scenes. Legislation is not always the most interesting topic to talk or write about, but it continues to be an absolutely vital part of letting a property. 

Likewise, we want to improve in everything that we do and as such our mantra of continuous improvement has resulted in many small and large changes over the past year.
