Commercial Update for September

A word from our Commerical Manager, Louise McCletchie...

Our commercial property department is a constant hive of activity here at Pattinson Estate Agency. We have a dynamic and innovative commercial sales team who work in a fast-paced environment in order to keep up with the number of commercial enquiries we receive on a daily basis.

With regards to Commercial sales, sales on the south of the river are continuing to increase exponentially, but we are constantly seeking higher priced stock both there, and north of the river.

As far as commercial lettings are concerned, here in the North East they are on rise and the team here has taken a huge amount of rental enquiries over the last few months, and therefore we always welcome new stock.

The great news is that our national commercial auction exchanges are three times higher than they were this time last year.
