Commercial Update for October

We have experienced yet another exciting month in our Commercial department here at Pattinson Estate Agency, and we have witnessed an increase of listings and sales across the board!

Our commercial team has been extremely busy during the month of September, and October is looking to be much the same!

One of our latest quirky listings is as a holiday let on a popular river barge located in the heart Liverpool! It’s a unique and viable investment property with 6 large bedrooms, and is currently a thriving Air B&B property, bringing in a whopping gross income of around £50,000. Needless to say, we have had an immense amount of interest so far! The Barge, Liverpool Marina

Another interesting and unique commercial listing that we have here at Pattinson Commercial, is a fantastic pub in Reading with a SWIMMING POOL!  Yes, an outdoor swimming pool in England! - 314-316 Kennet Side.

We also recently completed the sale of a popular local business that was a stalwart of a Sunderland high street for 42 years, Kelly’s Cycles on Chester Road, Sunderland.
