Our commercial department continues its momentum of growth not just in the North East region but across the country.  Since our takeover of Browns Estate Agency in Stockton and Norton last month, we have welcomed another commercial property expert to Pattinsons, Julie Anderson who has had many years' experience and success in the commercial property sector. Julie is a Senior Property Consultant based at our Stockton office but works alongside our Commercial team based at our Head Office at Silverlink.

This property in Devon that we have for sale via our auction facility has an interesting history as a toll house, a sweet shop, an antique shop and a saddler’s shop!

Built in the early 1800’s with local stone and slate roof, this individual detached building, which isn’t listed, was originally a toll house up into the mid to late 19th century when it became a saddler’s shop. It remained a saddler’s shop until it was then used as a sweet shop and in turn an antiques shop, up until only recently.
