August Property Market Update

Welcome to your monthly property market update from Pattinson Estate Agency and Pattinson Auction!

The good news for us here at Pattinson Estate Agency, is that we are still officially the leading estate agency in North East, consistently selling more properties than anyone else in the region! In July, as with the previous months, we saw a rise in listings and sales compared to the same time last year, and the momentum has been carried forward, with increases in property transactions across our 30 branches in the North East.

In addition to this, our national auction facility has experienced a record-breaking few months in some areas of the UK. There is a lot of buyer confidence, and in most instances, properties are selling quickly. 

After acquiring three North East based estate agencies, we recently announced that we are actively seeking to acquire more estate agencies and other industry-related businesses. It is therefore an extremely exciting time for us as a growing and successful business, and we look forward to seeing what the remainder of the year brings. 

We have been fortunate to recruit some incredible staff members across all areas of the company, and as we continue to grow, we are continuously on the lookout for talent to recruit.
