Our listings are up on last year, but sales are down slightly, which suggests that we are possibly heading into a buyers market!
No ‘Burnham Bounce’ as sales are on par with June, proving the market is holding steady.
The rental market is where activity is really interesting! 50% up on last year for tenants moving in! 40% up on June! Which was up on previous years!
The Auction market continues to grow, which shows buyers are increasingly happy to commit..... So maybe the Renters Reform wasn’t too bad after all!
