Last month we officially launched Pattinson Auction’s services in Spain. The event was a huge success, and we have already partnered with several Spanish estate agents. Held in Marbella, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, it was attended by a variety of property professionals from the local estate agency sector.  

We are confident that our presence in Spain will be a great addition to the estate agency market there, as we specialise in a range of property services, including auctions, property valuations, probate valuations and more.  

Our auction team received a warm welcome from the local estate agents, and we look forward to helping them sell their clients’ properties quickly and efficiently. 

Here in the UK, it was another busy month for sales and listings by auction, we also sold a property recently for £2,100,000, proving that auctions aren't just for cheap run-down properties.
