We are thrilled to announce that our award-winning auction service is continuing its success in Spain! This week we have the official launch of Pattinson Auction in Marbella, where we will be sharing with local estate agents about how partnering with our international auction facility could positively impact their business.

Initially, we came up with the idea of expanding into Spain due to the numerous requests from our existing buyers and sellers, asking if we have any properties available in Spain or if we can help them sell their Spanish properties. We understand that open market property transactions can be complicated and time-consuming, and we believe our auction service will provide a much simpler, faster, and more transparent option of sale. 

We've experienced some amazing sales here in England this year also, with a recent sale of £2,100,000 on an auction property, demonstrating that auction is not just for cheap run-down properties.
