A word from our Auction Director...

As business begins to return to some sense of normality, we at Pattinson Auction have been swamped throughout May. The Government gave the green light for viewings and house transactions to proceed, while of course adhering to social distancing guidelines, which opened the floodgates to requests from our buyers and sellers. 

Virtual Viewings have proven extremely popular, and have shown to be the catalyst in many sales we have agreed throughout lockdown. We are continuing to arrange Virtual Viewings wherever possible in the first instance.

We've been boosted by many of our partner agents returning to work already, enabling us to help many more customers across the UK.

Our online auctions have been proving hugely successful during the lockdown, and we have decided to run our first Virtual Auction on 25th June 2020 at 2 pm.
