December Auction Update

Firstly, I'll start by congratulating our large team of incredible property experts who work within Pattinson Estate Agency and Pattinson Auction, for helping us to, not only have one of our best years in sales, thus far, but also in helping our achievements in being consistent winners at top property industry awards! We are thrilled to have been recognised once again, as we won a silver at the prestigious Negotiator Awards in London last Friday. 

Over the last month or so, there have been some excellent sale prices being achieved at auction, varying from lower price scales right up to the multi-million-pound properties, and everything in between! It’s clear that people are becoming increasingly aware of the enormous benefits of selling through auction, mainly for the speed and security of sale that it offers, irrespective of the property type. And as a result of this, we are welcoming a huge volume of new properties to the market, even at this time of the year, and we are still achieving prices beyond the expectations of even the most discerning sellers. 

A lot of our success has to be credited to our unique ‘No sale, No fee Legal Pack’ meaning sellers don't need to pay any legal fees or entry fees when selling via our auction facility. The secure and speedy sale method that auction offers cannot be underestimated, especially now, when people are hoping to complete a sale before the new year.
