As sales continued to rise throughout July, we have seen some fantastic results yet again. There have been some tremendous results with both residential and commercial property. A ground rent investment, with a starting price of £70,000 eventually selling for £164,000 after 126 bids. There was also a tenanted investment selling for £950,000 in Liverpool, as well as a four-bedroom detached family home in the heart of Morpeth, Northumberland which sold for £20,000 over the starting price.
