Sharon at Whitley Bay was exceptionally helpful when arranging for a tennant to move in, she arranged for a suitable time for the tennant to sign and then come and collect the keys and when the timings changed she contacted me straight away keeping me very well informed. As a landlord I think it is a key that the estate agent keeps me informed and up to date so the help we received from the local office was very helpful!

We have been dealing with the Forest Hall branch for nearly two years now and would not look to use another agency to rent our properties out.
