For fully managed properties, Pattinson coordinates all maintenance requests and ensures necessary repairs are completed using trusted contractors. The landlord is responsible for covering repair costs unless tenant damage is involved.

Our Rent Protection with Legal Cover service (an optional upgrade to our Fully Managed service) ensures you still receive your rental income even if the tenant defaults on their payments. If tenants fall into arrears, we manage the process of recovering rent and can offer legal support if needed. T&C and fees apply.

No, with our fully managed service, we handle all tenant communication, from initial inquiries to ongoing maintenance issues. You’ll receive updates but won’t need to deal with tenants directly.
