How Much Can I Earn?

At Pattinson, there’s no cap on your earnings — and plenty of ways to get rewarded for the work you do. Here's what our Consultants typically earn:

£100

For introducing a property that goes to auction.

£50

If a property you’ve listed for rent is successfully let.

£25

Per referral when someone signs up for a mortgage.

£20

When a property you value is listed for sale.

£10

Per survey or conveyancing referral.

Up to £10 per viewing

Paid for viewings arranged by Pattinson or another Consultant.
(If you arrange your own viewings, payment is only made if the applicant rents or buys.)

10% of the sales fee

When you carry out a valuation and the vendor lists and
sells with us.

10% of the sales fee

When you introduce a buyer who purchases a property.

10% of the sales fee

If you negotiate a sale, even if someone else introduced the buyer.All commissions are paid upon exchange of contracts.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Becoming a Pattinson Consultant is open to people from a range of backgrounds. While experience in property helps, it’s not essential. What matters most is drive, integrity, and the desire to succeed.

  • A self-motivated attitude
    You’re proactive, confident, and able to work independently.
  • Great communication skills
    You’ll be talking to clients daily - clear, friendly communication is key.
  • Organisation & time management
    Juggling appointments and follow-ups is all part of the role.
  • A reliable car and driving licence
    Essential for property visits and appointments.
  • A smartphone and basic IT skills
    Our systems are simple and easy to use - but being tech-savvy helps.
