Location: Head Office, Silverlink
Salary: From £24,784.50 per annum, plus regular team incentives
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch break). Saturday 9:00 – 13:00 when required (no more than once a month)

No previous estate agency experience is required—full training will be provided. The Role
As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our lettings operation runs efficiently and remains fully compliant. Your responsibilities will fall into three main areas:
Compliance
Coordinate safety certificate renewals with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Chase outstanding compliance documentation and arrange inspections where required.
Maintain accurate records and update our CRM system to ensure all information remains current and compliant.
Support the business in meeting all regulatory and legal obligations.
Property Logistics
Schedule routine inspections across a portfolio of over 1,500 properties, including both tenanted and vacant homes.
Plan inspection routes to maximise efficiency.
Manage diaries and coordinate appointments with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
Ensure inspections and related tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
Tenant Referencing
Assess prospective tenants against referencing criteria.
Liaise with landlords regarding application progress and tenant suitability.
Prepare and process tenancy documentation accurately and efficiently.
Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the onboarding process.
