At Pattinson, our Regional Team is based at our Head Office call centre, providing expert support across our network of 30 branches. With a wealth of experience, local knowledge and a passion for property, the team works together to deliver outstanding service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants!

Leading the team is Angela Carruthers, our Manager and Trainer, who brings 15 years of dedicated experience to Pattinson. Angela oversees daily operations while mentoring and developing the team to ensure consistently high standards of service and professionalism.

Supporting property valuations across the region is Carly List, our Regional Valuer, who provides accurate market appraisals and expert guidance to clients looking to sell their homes.

Our experienced team of Rental and Sales Negotiators are Steph Pyner, Ava Jones, Jonny Buckle, Poppy Anderson, Phoebe Warnes, Joe Greaves, and Eve Egan, who all manage enquiries, book viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients through every stage of the sales and lettings process. Their in-depth knowledge of the local market help ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Together, the Regional Team plays a vital role in delivering the trusted, responsive service that Pattinson is known for.

Our Regional Team at Head Office is available to support you during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Bank Holidays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
