Iain (North East Auction Manager) Drew, Sarah, Jamie, Janine, Oliver and Caitlin

Together, they combine property expertise, local knowledge, and a passion for customer care to ensure every client receives the highest standard of service.

Operating Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, the North East Auction Team provides personal support across all aspects of the auction process, including:

Running and managing property auctions

Generating accurate, market-led valuations

Handling property referrals from branches and local agents

Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage

Supporting sellers through complex or sensitive circumstances
