⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very helpful staff and extremely quick to view, value, photograph and put on market. I was actually surprised at how fast the company worked and how many people expressed interest within a very short time. The property was valued at more than I expected and although one or two people wanted to buy at a 'slightly' lower price I have to say that the asking price was met without any problems. Would definitely recommend Pattinson to anyone looking to sell their property.
