⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I have to praise the effort put in by the team at the Pattinson's Estate Agents branch in Morpeth in helping me to sell my property. They did everything they could to find a suitable buyer for my house so much so that when my house was not attracting any attention they suggested trying the auction route. I always thought that putting a property up for auction was an act of desperation I was proven wrong by the team. Selling at auction has so many advantages over traditional modes of selling that I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The whole team worked tirelessly to achieve the result we got even in a market place that is significantly subdued mainly due to the BREXIT effect on people being reticent or reluctant to purchase big spend items such as a new house. I praise the team enough. They worked extremely hard to achieve the result we got and even though the price we got was below our expectations we were happy with the outcome of the sale. Highly recommended indeed.
