The Queen Hotel is located opposite Todmorden train station on Rise Lane. Rise Lane is located to the centre of town off the main A646, Rochdale Halifax Road. Todmorden is a busy West Yorkshire market town, just 23 miles north of Manchester.

This system avoids last minute (or second) bidding, and makes for a fairer auction as in a live room auction situation.
