Record Breaking Start to the Year for Pattinson Estate Agency and Pattinson Auction!
Contrary to some reports, the property market is still moving, and there are no signs of slowing down for our ever-expanding estate agency, Pattinson Estate Agency, as we embark on yet another record-breaking month for sales and listings! January saw net sales increase by 50%, sales listings by 30%, and our national and regional auction facility, Pattinson Auction experienced its busiest and most profitable month.
Last year our Property Management and Lettings department won multiple gold awards and now we are expanding and looking for more landlords to satisfy the demand for more properties.
Managing Director Caroline Pattinson is understandably upbeat and positive, ‘January was a great month in a lot of areas, with a 50% increase in net sales, 30% increase in sales listings and a record month for national auction sales! In fact, January was our busiest month for sales in over 18 months! New properties coming onto the market are up, but not as much as sales so shortage of stock is helping to keep the market buoyant and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. February has started out on a positive note and there are lots of exciting things happening across the business! We have a big announcement coming soon about our company expansion!’
Caroline goes on to say, ‘Although rentals are static, there is still a high demand from tenants but frustratingly there are not enough new rental properties coming onto the market!
