Cramlington

Cramlington is located fairly close to the coast, approximately 9 miles north of Newcastle. Set in the Northumberland countryside Cramlington is a new town with first rate housing and vibrant industrial estates accommodating many cutting edge companies. The town continues to grow and now has a population approaching 40,000 with excellent schools, leisure and health facilities. The centrally located shopping centre has recently undergone refurbishment, as well as a 9 screen cinema called the Vue. Cramlington is also the preferred location for a recently built trauma hospital which will serve Northumberland and Tyneside.
