When it comes to property we do virtually everything!
 

Residential Sales
Whilst we may sell thousands of properties every year we still offer a personal service through our branches.  We know how stressful it can be selling a property and we are there every step of the way to offer advice and support. From the experienced valuer who visits your property to the office manager and sales negotiators we are always there to provide feedback and advice. Based at our Head Office, we also have a Regional Team who work alongside and support our 26 interlinked branches, at times when many other agencies can not be contacted.  Our dedicated team are here for you 7 days a week, until 8pm on weekdays, and 6pm at weekends.
 

Residential lettings
Whether you are a buy to let landlord or an ‘accidental’ landlord, we offer a range of services from tenant find only to fully managed depending on how actively you want to be in the rental of your property.  Our new level of service, 'Platinum Service Level' involves rent protection and legal cover, alongside a fully managed service. We will carry out viewings for free and make sure that your tenant is properly referenced, if we wouldn’t accept them as a tenant for our property we wouldn’t recommend them to you!  
We have landlords who we have worked with for over thirty years and we are pleased to say that most of our landlords come back to us to find a new tenant when the property is coming available again. 
 

Commercial 
We offer a wide range of commercial services; sales and lettings continue to form the back bone of our business.  You can expect a service that will be delivered in a professional manner as Chartered Surveyors combined with a direct, robust and pro-active approach to marketing property. 
We continue to have success selling commercial properties via the Pattinson auctions both in the North East and Nationally. 
 

Auction 
Auction is no longer the option for ‘desperate’ sellers!  With the peace of mind of a reserve price (the minimum price a property can be sold for) it offers a secure method of sale for sellers who want to have a committed purchaser and a fixed time scale for exchange and completion.
We have a dedicated auction department which works alongside our partner agents and local branches to ensure that properties achieve the maximum exposure. We are auction experts with over twenty years of experience in both residential and commercial auction sales.  We developed the conditional auction to offer greater flexibility.
 

Survey
Our survey team are members of RICS with a minimum of 10 years experience in residential surveying. Whether it’s a Homebuyers Report or a valuation for probate purposes we can provide a professional report from a qualified surveyor. 
 

Conveyancing
We work with a panel of local solicitors who are experienced in residential or commercial conveyancing. They work on a fixed price, no sale, no fee so that you know exactly what to set aside for solicitors costs. 
 

Mortgages
We work with independent financial advisers who will be able to offer you mortgages from a range of lenders.
 

Property Maintenance
Whether it is a matter of a few oddjobs or a full renovation our maintenance team will be able to offer you a competitive quote and a high quality service.  For specialist works we can also recommend contractors.
