Honesty also takes the form of feedback, sometimes this is not what a client wants to hear, but constructive feedback is essential. An overvalued property in poor condition will unfortunately be very slow and in some instances impossible to sell or rent, if this is the feedback from potential tenants and buyers we need to pass it on to our clients to allow them to make informed decisions about the marketing of their property.
