Accompanied Viewer
Get out and about on viewings with clients, canvassing and refer to our financial and conveyancing services.
Sales Negotiator
All Bronze activities, plus organise viewings, negotiate offers, refer properties to auction & rent properties.
Valuer
All Bronze and Silver activities, plus train to value and list properties for sale and rent.
How Much Will I Earn and What Can I Do?
You can get involved in all aspects of the buisness and there's plenty of ways to earn – plus don't forget there is ZERO cap on your earnings.
Gaining an auction entry.
When a property you have listed for rent is rented through Pattinson.
Per referral on sign up to a mortgage.
When a property valued by a member of the Pattinson Consultant team is listed on the market for sale.
Per survey and also for conveyance referrals.
Per viewing is paid on viewings arranged by Pattinson staff or another member of the Consultant Team.
If the viewing is arranged by yourself you will not be paid for accompanying the viewings, however you will receive commission if the individual buys or rents the property.
* If you carry out a valuation, and the vendor signs up to sell with us.
* Paid to the Consultant who arranged for the purchaser to initially view the property.
* Paid to the Consultant who obtained and negotiated an acceptable offer.
If you arrange a viewing but do not negotiate the sale you will receive 10%*, likewise if you negotiate a sale, but someone else introduced the buyer initially you will receive 10%.
* Percentage of the sales fee you will receive.
All commissions on sale are paid on exchanged of contracts.
What Do I Need To Be A Property Consultant?
Access to a Motor Vehicle
You need a clean and full current UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car to enable you to accompany viewings and to conduct sale and rental valuations.
(If you don't drive, there are some roles you can still do.)
A Quiet Home Office
You will need a dedicated, equipped space (desk and chair) and as a condition of employment, you should make every effort to exclude extraneous noise.
Computer Skills
You will need basic computer skills and be competent in word processing and email use.
Telephone & Broadband
You will need access to broadband and a telephone line (and/or a mobile phone) to contact potential customers.
Fee structure
There is an initial fee to pay to join us and gain access to our training programme, and then a monthly subscription fee to maintain your membership, all dependent on what level you join us at.
