Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy Accounts Department, based in our modern office at the Silverlink Business Park in Wallsend offering on site parking.

Answering incoming calls.

Process purchase ledger invoices.

Reconcile supplier statements.

Liaise with suppliers to answer any payment & invoice queries.

Completing weekly ledger reviews & assisting with payment runs.

Provide administrative support for other departments within KP Ltd.

Preparation of weekly performance figures for senior management.

General admin duties.

While experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
