At Pattinson's we have an established history of employing and training apprentices, some of our managers originally joined under the apprenticeship scheme and have developed their career with us. We were shortlisted in 2018 for an award from Gateshead College for our commitment to apprentices.
We provide fully training in support for apprentices to develop their career as well as gaining qualifications.
There are positions available in branches across the North East as well as at our Regional Centre.
Apprentices receive a basic salary plus commissions so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estate agency.
