Pattinson Auctions is a leading property auction house with a strong presence in the UK market. We pride ourselves on our extensive network, innovative auction methods, and exceptional customer service. Our team works closely with Partner Agents to provide seamless auction services to our clients.
Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our busy Commercial North East Team, providing essential support to the Negotiators, Valuers and Department Manager
This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role includes:
• Diary Management - being aware of who is in when, what is being completed by whom and booking/rescheduling appointments where required
• Ensuring partner agent properties are being added valued and followed up - directing there to the correct team member
• Assist branch valuers with valuations, ensuring they are instructed correctly, and they are providing us with the correct details to provide accurate comparables
• Assist staff with getting deals over the line.
• Issuing non-performance of contract notices for vendors who don't complete their legal pack requirements
• Dealing with disputes, payments / late payments from customers not wanting to pay their fees
• Monitoring of home working staff - liaising with HR about their days off, checking their call stats and progress and raising concerns to department manager, setting up regular touch in points with whole team
• Checking documentation is property filed and providing tasks for the staff on the auction end dates
• Assisting manager with relationships/dynamics within the team - chasing manager collecting and disseminating weekly targets and stats to team members.
The Person
We are seeking an experienced administrator, ideally with some estate agency or property knowledge, however this is not essential. What matters to us most is that you possess the following qualities
• Have excellent computer skills
• Be proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs
• Be familiar with the use of CRM’s
• Be extremely organised in their work, managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Have good literacy skills and numeracy skills
• Be capable of working within a fast-paced environment
• Have pride in their professionalism, being assertive but also personable
• Have excellent attention to detail, being able to see tasks through from start to finish with a high level of accuracy
• Can collate and analyze data
• Can multi task - capable of managing and integrating home and office working-creating strategies for touch is - chat groups
