Year's biggest property show this weekend!
With only three days to go until the launch of this year’s Homebuyer Show (2-4 March) at ExCel London, the property industry is gearing up for a weekend of superb property deals, exciting investment opportunities and invaluable knowledge gathering...
Over 250 exhibitors from over 20 countries will be at the show including housebuilders, property investment brokers, estate agents, and property development companies both in the UK and overseas.
Properties ranging from apartments in Manchester and villas in Spain, to exotic properties in the Caribbean will be on show and serious property enthusiasts can even turn their hobby into a career by purchasing a franchise of estate agency Hunters. Overseas destinations being presented at the show include Spain, Florida, Turkey, Bulgaria, Brazil, South Africa and Australia and many of the latest emerging markets including Egypt, Slovakia, Cambodia and Montenegro.
Full and varied seminar schedule
The show is complimented by a full and varied seminar schedule presented by experienced property professional on a host of topics, including ‘Buying your first home’, ‘The next turbo-charged market in Eastern Europe’, and ‘Planning a property portfolio with early retirement in mind’. For the first time a seminar aimed purely at female property investors will also be held, entitled ‘Sister’s doing it for themselves’, which will provide advice on how women can use their skills to excel in property.
On Friday afternoon a live debate is taking place on buy-to-let investment, focusing on the pros and cons of investing in this sector. The debate will be conducted by key commentators from the world of property including Pierre Williams’s spokesperson for Inside Track, the property investment education specialists, David Sandeman managing director of Essential Information Group, and John Wriglesworth managing director of Wriglesworth Ltd.
The Homebuyer Show (incorporating The Property Investor Show), will be held on Friday 2 March (10am to 6pm), Saturday 3 March (10am to 5pm) and Sunday 4 March (10am to 4pm) at the ExCeL Centre in London’s Docklands, easily reachable by public transport and by car, with plenty of space for parking. Entry to the Show will be free but with an additional admission charge for seminars and debates.
