Tracy is homeward bound
 Tracy Watson from Dunston is about to re-launch her career – and she doesn’t even need to step over her own doorstep to do it.
The 37-year-old mother of two has become a Pattinson agent and will work from home after seeing an advert for a new scheme on www.pattinson.co.uk.
Tracy said: “I’ve always loved property and working as a self-employed agent from home offers the ideal solution for me to be able to further my career and earn extra income, whilst looking after two young children. I emailed Pattinson to get more information and the team replied giving me an indication of the projected income I could earn as a self-employed agent.
“After giving up my previous position when the children were born, I’ve been working from home making and selling collectable dolls but I’m thrilled to be back in a professional role with the support of a recognised North East company.
“I’ll be able to drop the children off at school then access the Pattinson network from home using the Internet and I can conduct viewings, make appointments and answer queries throughout the day, just like any other Pattinson agent.
“As I’m based at home my hours are flexible so I’ll also have the opportunity to work in the evenings and on weekends when customers need me. And, after seeing the success of the Pattinson Customer Contact Centre, which is open this weekend on Saturday between 8am and 8pm and 10am until 6pm on Bank Holiday Monday, it’s clear that customers want support out of normal working hours.
“I’d urge any stay at home mums who love property or a retired person who wants to work part time to get more information on the homeworker scheme.”
