Pattinson's out-of-hours customer contact centre is proving a valuable resource for many buyers and sellers of property across the region - adding an additional dimension to the agency's comprehensive service.
One customer to benefit is Paul Robinson, an I.T. consultant from Durham, who found the out-of-hours service complemented his busy lifestyle and provided a swift sale.
Paul says: "My days are literally non-stop! With much of my time spent planning, travelling and meeting clients. Selling a house can be stressful enough without having to squeeze in viewings and phone-calls during a busy working day.
"With Pattinson's contact centre open in the evening, I knew I could talk to an adviser when I'd finished work, which can be after 7pm.
