It took Pattinson just two days to sell Dave Pearson's house in Monkseaton - and he was so impressed by the service that he has already recommended the agency to a friend!

If you register your home for sale before 1 June you will not require a Home Information Pack (HIP).
Pattinson is urging anyone considering selling their home to register it ahead of this deadline to avoid the extra expense and any potential delays caused by the implementation of HIPs.
