Owning an apartment in Paris is a profitable investment for people who live abroad and want to stay in their property for a few days, once or twice a year...

They buy a pied a terre centrally located with all amenities, they stay in their apartment where they are in Paris and they make it profitable the rest of the year, controlling the availabilities.

They rent it to tourists who stay one or a couple of weeks or they offer long term rental in Paris to Companies looking for corporate housing.

Furnished apartment rental has number of advantages:

  • The rent is agreed between the owner and the agency.

  • The rental price can be changed between tenants.

  • The owner can use the apartment whenever he wants to during the year.

  • When the apartment is well located in the centre and well furnished and equipped, the occupancy rate can be in the region of 80%.

Small properties, studios or 1bedroom, are easy to let because people who come for a few weeks are not really concerned but the size of the apartment.
