The first estate agent in the North East to offer this service, Pattinson's innovative Care Centre has been established for almost a year taking thousands of calls from customers who want to arrange a viewing, place an offer, put their house on the market or enquire about a property between 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday and 10am - 6pm Sunday.
In addition, Pattinson also has a network of self-employed agents working from home who are able to answer calls - ensuring no customers are kept on hold or left unanswered. Many homeworkers also work late evenings and weekends to accompany viewings and value new homes to the market.
